The CSEA timely appealed from the order denying the Petition.  In the interest of justice, we construe the order as incorporating a final judgment appealable under Code of Civil Procedure section 904.1, subdivision (a)(1).  (See Levy v. Skywalker Sound (2003) 108 Cal.App.4th 753, 761, fn. 7; Jesson v. Davis (2002) 97 Cal.App.4th 1032, 1034, fn. 1.)
